Job Title and position information: 

Finance Supervisor: Full time, exempt position, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities include assisting in determining financial objectives, analyzing and reporting accounting variances, developing and monitoring accounting reports and control mechanisms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum three years experience in accounting management, experience in health care preferred. 

Patient Accounts Collector: Full time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities include collect on accounts, process patient refunds, answer patient phone calls, solve problems with accounts, set up payment arrangements, and settle account balances. Previous patient accounts experience or demonstration of excellent customer services skills required. Must be confidential, organized, accurate and attentive to detail, must have good phone and public relations skills, must be able to handle multiple tasks, and able to work as a team player.

Systems Administrator: Full time position, Monday- Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for design, installation, administration and optimization of Hannibal Clinic information technology infrastructure. Incorporates Blessing Health System IS infrastructure and security standards into the Hannibal Clinic environment where applicable. Diagnoses and responds to technical issues, providing technical service to physicians and staff via telephone, instant messaging, email and in-person contact. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably with: Current Microsoft Server(2008R2/2012R2/2016) and Desktop (7/10)OS, Microsoft Active Directory design and management, server, storage, and PC hardware and software support, VMware vSphere and Horizon VDI visualization, Cisco firewall and switches, telecommunications software/VOIP, HIPAA or PCI DSS security compliance.  

Practice Administrator: Primary responsibility is to support, coordinate and implement the strategic plan of Hannibal Clinic. Administrator will oversee all aspects of organization including general operations, clinical operations, finance, human resources, and physician recruitment. Bachelor's degree in business or associated field required, Master's degree desired. Minimum five years work experience in the medical or business fields, preferred three to five years of leadership experience in for-profit multi-specialty medical practice group. 

MLT or MT: Chemistry Department "Lead" position.  Qualifications include ASCP or AMT Registered MLT, MT or MLS.  Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in chemistry. This is a working tech position with additional responsibilities  including oversight of all instrument maintenance; QC and QA; water system; ordering of reagents and supplies and all record keeping for the chemistry department.  Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills a must.  This is a day shift position with occasional weekend rotation


LPN/MA: Maintain patient flow, prepare patients for exams, documentation, assist physician with procedures and other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have current LPN license in Missouri or be a certified MA. Must be confidential, organized, accurate and attentive to detail, have good phone and public relation skills and be able to work as a team player.
