JOB SUMMARY: Maintain patient flow, prepare patients for exams, documentation, assist physician with procedures and other related duties as assigned. Give pediatric immunizations and provide care for pediatric patients.

POSITION: Pharmacy Technician
HOURS: Part-time; Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; Hours may vary

JOB SUMMARY: Assists pharmacist in preparing pharmaceutical dosage forms by preparing dosage forms and prescriptions to the point of “final check” approval by the pharmacist. Prepares medication safely and effectively in addition to maintaining the drug inventory and patient records under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have current Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri. Must be confidential, organized, accurate and attentive to detail, have good phone and public relation skills, and be able to work as a team player. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and computer skills. Preferred prior experience in pharmacy. IV and chemotherapy preparation training required in first 60 days.

POSITION: Clinical Research Coordinator - RN

REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Operations at Hannibal Clinic and Director of Clinical Research Department of Blessing Corporate Services  
JOB SUMMARY: Promote good clinical practices in the conduct of clinical investigations by possessing an in-depth knowledge of federal regulations and guidance documents for the conduct of clinical trials and human subject protection. Provide compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements as well as collect, record and maintain data and source documents. Administer prescribed medical treatment, and health care to study participants as instructed by the Principal Investigator in accordance with the clinical research protocol.
REQUIREMENTS: RN license in Missouri and current CPR certification. Clinical Research Coordinator Certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements. Must be confidential, organized, accurate and attentive to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication and public relation skills, and be able to work as a team player. Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel. One to two years office nursing experience with phlebotomy and preparation of samples for shipping preferred.

POSITION: RN – Cancer Center/Oncology Float

JOB SUMMARY: 
This will be a dual role, working in the Cancer Center Infusion room administering medications and chemo treatments, accessing ports for treatment and lab, and also providing support for Amanda Jennings, NP on her office days, rooming patients and preparing them for exam, scheduling testing and treatment.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have current RN license in Missouri, 3 years of RN experience and ACLS with certification preferred. (required within 6 months of hire) Must be confidential, organized, accurate and attentive to detail, have good phone and public relation skills, and be able to work as a team player utilizing ICARE standards. Biotherapy class required at 1 year as well as Pharm Tech license.

JOB SUMMARY: 
Leader over assigned departments. Provides daily staff supervision and ensures the effective and efficient operation of the department while promoting customer, employee, and provider satisfaction. Responsible for planning, organization, evaluation and coordination of daily operations to ensure quality patient care.  Will be adopting responsibilities aligning with Blessing Health System leadership roles such as goals, employee/patient rounding, etc.

JOB SUMMARY: Review Medicare Aging Reports, investigate claim denials, call Medicare regarding claims and navigate website for updates.
